The Chicago Plant Manager will lead the plant personnel in their daily activities. This job requires the Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement of the plant operations. The Chicago Plant Manager will guide the manufacturing process and help maintain efficient productivity. They will also ensure the maintenance of the Chicago plant. The Plant Manager will ensure that the plant is a consistently safe work environment to help drive productivity of the production personnel. The Chicago Plant Manager will ensure that products are manufactured efficiently. This job does not require travel outside of the Chicago, Illinois area.
