The primary job function of this position will be to supervisor and lead a team of manufacturing personnel within the facility. He or She must have a high attention to detail, as well as be extremely organized. Due to the hands-on nature of this job, previous experience in a manufacturing facility is required. This job will entail cross-functional coordination with the production, inventory, maintenance, and corporate departments The Production Supervisor must look at challenges with a problem-solving approach, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the facility.

- Previous management experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within food production
- The Production Supervisor must lead cross-functional departments such as the production and maintenance departments
- Ability to achieve and maintain a key set of metrics
- Must have a flexible availability, with the ability to work the third shift
Production Supervisor (Chicago Area) Job Requirements:
- An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Previous manufacturing and or management experience is preferred.
- A candidate who is bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills is preferred.
- At this time, this job requires little to no travel
