Fargo Director of Manufacturing Overview:

The Fargo, North Dakota Director of manufacturing will organize and direct all activities within the Materials and Manufacturing teams. The Fargo Director of Manufacturing shall formulate business and manufacturing strategy to meet internal goals as well as those of the customer. The Fargo Director of Manufacturing shall act to ensure revenue goals are met while also maintaining production to meet customers’ needs.

Fargo Director of Manufacturing Job Opening

The Fargo Director of Manufacturing will provide direction to managers to ensure quality, production, and revenue goals are met.
Interface with key personnel to ensure that there are adequate materials to meet the demands of the production schedule.
Lead, oversee, or participate in materials and manufacturing related process improvement projects.
The Fargo Director of Manufacturing will determine when to work with third party organizations to achieve manufacturing or materials goals.

Director of Manufacturing (Fargo Area) Job Requirements:

A minimum of a four year degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical area, such as Engineering.
An advanced degree in a technical field would be preferable for this position.
At least fifteen years of progressive experience in manufacturing organizations.
A minimum of 7 years of management experience in a manufacturing organization.
A high level of familiarity with cGMP manufacturing procedures.
Excellent knowledge of quality systems and implementing process improvements.
Strong leadership skills; able to communicate with, motivate, and collaborate with personnel at every level of the organizations.
Proficient in leading root cause investigations.
