Fresno QA Technician Overview:
The Fresno QA Technician is an entry-level position within the company. The QA Technician will ensure that the plant is in strict compliance with food and quality management systems that are put in place to maintain proper manufacturing and safe foods. This role will work primarily in a lab and will conduct in-depth process checks to ensure the integrity of each product. For this job, the QA Technician must report to the plant’s quality supervisor with various progress reports and metrics. The Fresno QA Technician will not manage anyone directly while on the job.

- The first job of the QA Technician will be to use established procedures to perform lab activities.
- This position will need to log and maintain quality assurance metrics while on-site at the greater Fresno, California location.
- This position will strategize ways in which the team could sanitize the laboratory at the greater Fresno, California site.
- The QA Technician will assist in the training of plant personnel at the greater Fresno plant.
- This job will perform air testing and sanitation practices.
QA Technician (Fresno Area) Job Requirements:
- A 4-year degree in a chemistry or science-related field is required for this job.
- At least a year of experience is required for this job.
- Experience with good manufacturing practices (GMP)
