The Sales Rep for the San Jose territory has two main jobs. The first is to hunt new business and conduct b2b sales tactics. The other job is that the Sales Rep must also working with current company clients and conduct incremental sales strategies that not only retains their business, but also upselling and getting more products from the organization. The Sales Rep will be responsible for setting his or her own sales strategy within the greater San Hose, California territory. The Sales Rep will also be the first point of customer service for customers and will need to hit monthly sales metrics. For this job, the Sales Rep will be a part of the San Jose sales department and will report to the Sales Manager.
