The first job of the Field Service Technician will be to go out to customer sites and services manufactured goods. The territory for this job will be Denver, Colorado. Additionally, the Field Service Engineer must represent the company in a way that yields return business. The Field Service Technician will also have a job in determining continuous improvement initiatives and corrective and preventative maintenance procedures while working out of the greater Denver, Colorado territory. For this job, the Field Service Technician will be a part of the maintenance department and will report to the greater Denver Service manager. That being said, the Field Service Technician will contribute to training other Technicians in the company.
Denver Field Service Technician Job Opening
- For this job, the Field Service Technician will conduct all dearler, preventative, and corrective maintenance service toward the company customer base in the greater Denver area.
- Additionally, the Field Service Technician will also be in charge of maintaining a company vehicle that will help get him or her out to dealership and customer sites to make repairs.
- There is a very high percentage of greater Denver travel that is required for this job.
Field Service Technician (Denver Area) Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma is the minimum requirement for this job.
- Additionally, at least 3 years of experience in fenestration repair is required for this job.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus for this job.
