San Jose Project Manager Overview:

The primary role of the Project Manager will be to work out of the greater San Jose, California area and lead design and build projects that are geared toward electrical and HVAC infrastructures, while driving new business opportunities with clients and adding sales channels to the company’s book of business. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with multiple departments in the organization, including sales, engineering, and customer service to deliver best services to customers and complete construction projects on time. The Project Management Director will oversee selection of construction equipment, meetings with clients, planning for project, logistics, and on-site management of project closeouts. This role will report to the President.

• The Project Manager will lead construction site walkthroughs and business development meetings.

• A 4 year degree from an accredited institution, ideally in an engineering field.
• Between two to twelve years of progressive management experience.
• Experience conducting business to business sales.
• HVAC and Direct Current systems experience and knowledge.
