The Global Process Manager will observe how and assigned process fits into the company. Once gaining a full understanding of the assigned process, the Global Process Manager will provide suggestions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
Minneapolis Global Process Manager Job Opening
- The Minneapolis Global Process Manager will partner with supply chain planning personnel and will keep documentation regarding all project strategies, processes, and needs.
- Work with the project personnel to understand the strategies and purposes of processes.
- Analyze processes to find gaps that could better support local business goals.
- The Minneapolis Process Manager will study the needs of the business against internal process optimization strategies to find the best solution to improve the process.
- Document all suggested process improvements and gain support from stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Evaluate the process as it is implemented to ensure the process is suitable and that it is being adopted correctly.
- Prepare, organize, and lead meetings or presentations about the new processes.
- The Minneapolis Global Process Manager will assist with the migration of data into the SAP system.
- Work with management personnel to train SAP users to fully utilize the new process.
Global Process Manager (Minneapolis Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree in a technical field or a business discipline from an accredited university.
- At least seven years of experience preforming a supply chain planning role in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- An expert level understanding of SAP. Familiar especially with planning, forecasting, and scheduling with SAP.
- A proven history of successful change management.
- A proven consensus builder that communicates with all relevant players to understand and assuage concerns.
- Ability to travel internationally up to fifty percent.
- SAP super users would be very preferable for this position.
