The Electrical Estimator will need to rapidly go into high-end renovation projects and rapidly estimate them for the customers. These projects are usually tenant improvement projects and bids turn out much faster than new construction projects. The Electrical Estimator will need to try and attain as many projects as possible in order to increase the company’s presence in the greater Anaheim, California area. The Electrical Estimator will not have anyone directly reporting to him or her.

Anaheim Electrical Estimator Job Opening

The Electrical Estimator is responsible for going out to potential construction projects and estimate their costs and deliver a quote to the client in order to earn more contracts for the company.
For this job, the role must be able to rapidly travel out primarily to tenant improvement customer sites and give estimates on the projects.
The position will need to liaison with vendors and company personnel in order to give the best estimate on projects.
The Electrical Estimator will need to create cost and expenditure reports on various facets of the project in an attempt to earn and retain the most revenue for the company.
The role will need to support contract negotiations in order to develop the best estimates for the projects.
The Electrical Estimator must ascertain the cost-effectiveness of certain projects.
This position requires travel out to customer sites in the greater Anaheim, California area.
The position will fulfill other duties as assigned.

Electrical Estimator (Anaheim Area) Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this job.
At least 2 years of job experience in estimating construction projects.
High-tempo work ethic and a desire to earn contracts for the organization.
Tenant improvement estimation experience is a plus for this job.
