• The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will formulate and implement effective sales, marketing, and recruitment strategies including recruiting and training key field leaders.

• Ensure that corporate revenue and earnings goals to support the budget.

• Keep a fair playing field for distributors and mitigate all conflicts at the Los Angeles, California site as necessary.

VP of Sales and Marketing (Los Angeles Area) Job Requirements:

• At least ten years of sales experience with a clear path of advancement and leadership experience within a sports and fitness oriented company.
• Candidates with five years of experience serving in a senior capacity for a network marketing organization strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build a downline sales team.
• A job history of leading a sales organization that has grown significantly.
• Expertise with advertising and marketing strategies, communications, sales planning, promotions, and product development.
• Experience assessing, recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team.
• A passion for health, wellness, and energy as well as the charisma and personality to convey that.
• Both a team-player and a leader.
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
• Master of Business Administration preferred for this job.
• Extraordinary phone skills, and ability to operate a computer while on the phone.
• Ability to work long hours while maintaining a high level of energy.
• Travel outside of Los Angeles, California, approximately 50%.
