The Operations Manger must be in charge of Site Managers and Buyers to ensure optimum performance at on-site production in Greenville, North Carolina. • The Operations Manger must communicate effectively with all of the client’s organization and have the ability to present performance reports on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for all data reported about the Operations Report, Client Report Card, and the Dashboard.
• The Operations Manger must provide feedback and training to personnel on site in all aspects of the position.
• The Operations Manger must develop unity of the team and express high morale and welfare at all levels to work toward professional development.
• Assist in the development of business plans including work with revenue updates as well as EBITDA predictions.
• Responsible for analyzing previous data to get better profit objectives and look for trends showing the best way to capitalize on opportunities for various job orders.
• The Operations Manger must have the ability to manage multiple projects at once and balance priority to establish on time resolution.
• Help with coordinating internal and external implementations to work against timelines and meet or exceed expected delivery dates.
• The Operations Manger must develop an auditing process for the integrity of purchasing details for all sites.
• The Operations Manger must develop a program to implement the Ethics of Purchasing.
• Responsible for the coordination of purchasing at all plants.
• Improve current management reporting by a number of different variable and implement new programs to do so.

Operations Manager (Greenville Area) Job Requirements:

• 4-year college degree and MBA is preferred for this job.
  • 20 years job experience is a must if there is no degree.
• Thorough job knowledge of supply chain management including the use of ERP systems is required for this Greenville, North Carolina job.
• At least 10 years of experience in building relations by networking, working with Supply Chain or Procurement and being a leader in a related industry.
• 5-7 years of job experience being a supervisor or managing direct reports.
• Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to present effectively.
• Job experience or familiarity with inventory control and supply chain management.
• ISM or CP certification.
