We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee and improve day-to-day business operations, drive process efficiency, and support organizational growth. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, optimizing workflows, managing operational performance, and ensuring business objectives are achieved effectively. Position Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Implement operational strategies that support long-term business objectives.
Project Coordination
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Financial & Performance Analysis
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Support and coordinate activities across multiple departments.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members as needed.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements when appropriate.
- Ensure service providers meet performance and quality expectations.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure operational activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support business operations.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in business operations, project management, administration, or operational leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and organizational levels.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
