This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of physical commodity transactions and optimizing operational processes. Position Responsibilities
Trade Operations & Execution
- Accurately record and input customer orders, shipping details, and trade-related data.
- Manage logistics and scheduling of shipments, both domestic and international, to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with storage facilities and transport providers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and storage facility representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring order fulfillment and addressing inquiries proactively.
Prerequisites
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience in trade operations, logistics, finance, or a related field.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word) or similar tools.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for market research and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or trade operations are a plus.
