Serve as a 401(k) fiduciary, overseeing compliance and administration.
Manage FMLA and leave documentation, ensuring proper tracking and compliance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing environments.
Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing high-performing HR teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) is preferred.
Experience with union relations and negotiations is an asset.
Experience managing HR across multiple locations, with a preference for candidates open to office placement in either Paducah, KY, or Mt. Vernon, IL.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with Taleo Enterprise and Lawson HRIS systems is advantageous.
