Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing environments.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing high-performing HR teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) is preferred.
- Experience with union relations and negotiations is an asset.
- Experience managing HR across multiple locations, with a preference for candidates open to office placement in either Paducah, KY, or Mt. Vernon, IL.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with Taleo Enterprise and Lawson HRIS systems is advantageous.
