- Maintain diligent records of production reports, schedules, and inventory management, processing all related documents with precision.
- Oversee monthly inventory reconciliations and participate in physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
- Spearhead new label development and manage changes for private label products, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely execution.
- Play a key role in parts of the monthly physical inventory process, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
Accountability:
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), along with food safety and quality fundamentals, including but not limited to traceability, HACCP plans, allergen management, contamination control, and equipment calibration.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field is highly preferred, though significant experience in a similar role may substitute for education.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a purchasing or related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Navision, QuickBooks, or similar inventory management software is advantageous.
- Demonstrates excellent teamwork abilities alongside strong organizational and time-management skills.
