Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering or a closely related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in injection molding tool design and process methodologies.
Demonstrated proficiency in scientific molding practices, with credentials in RJG or comparable process specialties preferred.
