Long Island, New York Operations Manager Job Opening 

Provide leadership in all areas of maintenance operations and staffing for the facility
Organize manufacturing team personnel and equipment to run efficiently for the 24/7 operation
Create and schedule planned maintenance plans and repairs
Supervise staff and ensure all safety measurements and protocols are met during each shift
Responsible for meeting and exceeding planned production goals

Operations Manager (Long Island, NY) Job Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or technical program in Engineering or similar field of study
Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in Industrial Equipment Maintenance and Operations
Strong supervisory or leadership experience
Background in an Energy Production Environment
Ability to work long unpredictable hours
