- Develop and implement the quality assurance program for the manufacturing site.
- Ensure program compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
- Recommend and communicate solutions to quality issues to key stakeholders.

- Train and manage employees to achieve department goals and objectives.
Quality Assurance Manager (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance management in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience with nuclear quality management.
- Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
- Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes and standards.
