- Ensure coating and blasting services are performed safely and efficiently.
- Meet and maintain quality and customer standards.
- Manage production planning, coordination, and scheduling.
- Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to eliminate defects.
- Oversee production crew and ensure proper documentation during production.
Production Supervisor (Norfolk, Virginia) Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in an industrial coating environment.
- Understanding of OSHA and other relevant regulations.
- Previous experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
