- Responsible for the KPI’s of the Inside Sales team, including being their biggest motivator.
- Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone.
- Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team.
- Manage customer support metrics.
- Oversee inbound and outbound call quality and coaching.
Inside Sales Manager (Congers area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equal sales experience required.
- Must have at least 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience leading a sales team is required.
- Must have inside sales experience
