- Perform analysis of labor cost and labor cost distribution
- Monitor integration of activities within a new ERP System
- Provide production cycle cost analysis
- Assist in budget creation and monitoring
- Drive change in implementing software in accounting and reporting activities
Junior Controller (Longview, TX) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3 years’ experience in a financial or accounting role
- Background working with manufacturing operations
- Strong cost and budget analysis skills
- ERP and related accounting and financial software skills
