Boston General Manager Job Opening
- Responsible for the organization and management of manufacturing operations, ensuring they align with company goals
- Maximize efficiency within manufacturing processes through the utilization of Lean Manufacturing and 6-S concepts
- Head the development of strategic business plans, with a focus on budgetary constraints and labor management
- Ensure accountability through the establishment of team and individual goals
- Maintain highest safety standards within the plant and establish practices consistent with ISO quality standards
General Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a focus in engineering
- Sufficient experience in a plant manager or site manager role
- Local to the Boston, MA area or willing to relocate
- Must have experience working directly with customers
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
