A fast-growing manufacturer in the medical device industry is looking for a VP of Operations in the greater Buffalo, New York area.

Consistently adhere to all safety, environmental, security and requirements including FDA regulations, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Proactively lead plant leadership members to successfully manage all factory operations including but not limited to: manufacturing, safety, and quality.
Utilize mentorship skills and performance management techniques to build a high performing team.
Effectively lead the planning and execution of global manufacturing capacity utilization to meet business requirements.
Work with finance to provide in depth analysis of the financial performance of manufacturing facilities and identify any weak spots in planning or budgeting.

VP of Operations (Buffalo Region) Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or a related field is required for this position.
At least 8 years of senior management experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading multiple production facilities.
Demonstrated thorough understanding of ISO standards compliance for product development.
Leadership experience in an FDA regulated environment is preferred for this role.
