Atlanta Supplier Development Engineer Job Opening
- Partner with project team to confirm suppliers consistently meet requirements.
- Work alongside suppliers to plan the most effective process flow to meet quality requirements.
- Utilize skillset to further develop best-in-class supply base and assist with New Supplier onboarding processes.
- Directly oversee run rates for all product launches and verifying accuracy of process flow documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to effectively identify root cause quality issues and improve process standards to prevent future disparities.
Supplier Development Engineer (Atlanta area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required for this role.
- At least 5 years of supplier development engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience developing, managing, and improving supplier relationships.
- Working knowledge of 6sigma or 8D problem solving methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
