Memphis Maintenance Manager Job Opening
- Must be an strong leader of the maintenance staff, teaching and guiding the daily maintenance work of facilities and machinery.
- Strives to maintain a safe work environment, keeping up with ever changing environmental health and safety requirements.
- Maintains an appropriate inventory of parts for repair to keep machine downtime to a minimum.
- Utilizes preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly on the manufacturing floor.
- Uses problem solving skills to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
Maintenance Manager (Memphis Area) Job Requirements:
- An Associate’s degree is required for this job.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of welding experience.
- Previous experience managing a maintenance team is required, preferable 5 years in a leadership position.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, such as Allen-Bradley or Square D, are required for this position.
- A working knowledge of state and federal environmental, health, and safety laws is desirable for this position.
