Nashville Sr. Maintenance Manager Overview: 

In this job, the Sr. Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the condition of all production equipment, utilities and systems inside the Nashville manufacturing facilities. This job requires strong organizational skills and immense knowledge of manufacturing processes for the Sr. Maintenance Manager to direct, delegate and assist with installations and repairs of all capital equipment. This job will demand accountability for all maintenance in addition to the cost efficiency of the department. Sr. Maintenance Managers must be able to balance the department budget and ensure all work is done to the existing safety standards and allotted budget. 

Nashville Sr. Maintenance Manager Job Opening

  • The Sr. Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Nashville Plant Manager.
  • Will be responsible for all plant maintenance and department budgeting.
  • Must work closely with all manufacturing departments to accomplish necessary maintenance in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for the complex maintenance of all mechanical equipment, plant utilities, and production systems inside the Nashville facilities.
  • In this job, the Sr. Maintenance Manager will need visual acuity, strong interpersonal communication skills and capable mobility to direct and perform maintenance around production floor hazards.
  • All members of the maintenance department are required to wear necessary personal protective equipment while on the production floor in the Nashville facilities. 
Sr. Maintenance Manager (Nashville Area) Job Requirements:
  • Job candidates must have a Bachelors degree or higher in mechanical, manufacturing or related engineering field.
  • Must have at least 8 years experience in machine maintenance.
  • Job candidates with experience in multiple manufacturing processes are preferred.
  • Maintenance Managers must have experience working with single and three phase electrical power.
  • Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, robotic welders, PLC controllers, complex machine repair, MS tools, machine repair tools, and diagnostic devices are all preferred.
