Dover Process Engineer Job Opening

  • Understand the science behind pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical devices, as well as their possible interactions with chemistry, equipment and processes.
  • Must be able to successfully preform root cause analysis on the manufacturing floor.
  • Will be required to work with as well as lead, cross functional teams in order to implement key objectives to further company’s business plan.
  • Will need to participate in leadership meetings in order to help with production issues, provide resolutions and process improvements.
  • Must be able to successfully investigate and resolve issues in the production and overall product manufacturing.

Process Engineer (Dover Area) Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry is required for this job.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Reliability/Electrical/Electronic engineering. Master’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience is a plus.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in Systems Reliability Modeling in industries like PV Energy, Electronics, or Telecommunication.
  • Minimum 3 years in a quality role in the utility or energy domain.
  • Skilled in electrical and reliability engineering, mathematical and statistical analysis, and understanding of power electronics.
  • Familiarity with reliability tools such as Weibul++, XFMEA, and statistical software like Minitab.
  • Ability to decode 1-line drawings of power distribution and air conditioning equipment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, potentially internationally.
