The Quality Manager will need to strive for scrap reduction and process improvements through development and maintenance of VRW’s system of quantifying, analyzing and reporting of scrap and other business metrics. Also, by identifying process improvement opportunities and leading the efforts to implement. It would be preferred for the Quality Manager to have significant Six Sigma and Lean techniques.
