  • Lead the search of the management team and serve as a key decision maker in their selection.
  • Collaborate with the parent company and the management team to develop five and ten year plans for the company.
  • The President will oversee the expansion of business and the success of its multiple facilities. Provide guidance and direction to operations managers to ensure success for the Chicago, Illinois location.
  • Direct, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the management team, ensuring that all departments are functioning optimally.
  • Oversee the creation of annual budgets with appropriate members of the management team and with all other appropriate personnel.
  • The President must develop policies and processes to implement improvements in order to meet organizational strategic goals, both in and outside of Chicago for this job.
  • Travel to clients outside of Chicago, Illinois when necessary and serve as the main ambassador for the company.
  • Negotiate important level deals and contracts with key clients for various jobs.
