We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and expand our client’s commercial strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing innovative go-to-market plans, and positioning the organization as a leader in both the building materials and digital solutions industries.
Position Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the commercial strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets
 - Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to deliver strong performance
 - Align closely with cross-functional partners to ensure product-market fit and customer success
 
Enterprise Business Development
- Build and strengthen relationships with large enterprise customers
 - Expand into international markets, including complex global accounts
 - Drive customer engagement by understanding evolving industry trends
 
Go-to-Market Execution
- Oversee product launches and ensure effective go-to-market strategies
 - Leverage digital fluency to deliver sales credibility across multiple sectors
 - Explore new opportunities across B2B, IoT, SaaS, and construction/logistics domains
 
Prerequisites
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and commercial leadership
 - Blend of experience in digital/SaaS and ready-mix or building materials industries (preferred)
 - Strong communication and technical sales skills
 - Background in B2B enterprise sales, product launches, and international sales operations
 
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Sales leadership certifications
 - Digital or SaaS-related credentials
 - Project management or strategy certifications
 
What the Role Offers
- Competitive base salary of $150,000 – $160,000
