Long Beach General Manager Overview:

For this job, the General Manager will have full P & L responsibility for the Long Beach, California plant. He or she must be able to drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining the integrity of the company’s brand and still producing great products of the clients. The General Manager will be in charge of the entire business unit in Long Beach, California. He or she will need to be a proactive planner and strategist of where the unit will get to be. The General Manager will be overseeing all 80 people in the business unit in Long Beach and will have several direct reports.
