Cincinnati Ohio Production Supervisor Overview:

For this job, the Cincinnati Production Supervisor will be responsible for sustaining the production in the plant. He or she will need to not only improve the performance of the Cincinnati plant’s various manufacturing operations, but also will need to mentor and develop his or her direct reports, which include production technicians, maintenance technicians, and engineering technicians. The Production Supervisor will also be supervising the second shift of the Cincinnati plant, and will also be reporting to the Production Manager.

  • For this job, the Cincinnati Production Supervisor is responsible for making sure that manufacturing operations are kept on schedule in an attempt to mitigate delays and shutdowns in the process.
  • The Cincinnati Production Supervisor will need to effectively manage the performance of the production team technicians.

  • For this job, the Production Supervisor will need to collaborate with other departments in order to maintain an effective manufacturing process.
