Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing high-performing HR teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) is preferred.
  • Experience with union relations and negotiations is an asset.
  • Experience managing HR across multiple locations, with a preference for candidates open to office placement in either Paducah, KY, or Mt. Vernon, IL.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with Taleo Enterprise and Lawson HRIS systems is advantageous.
