  • At least seven years of experience in a process engineering position.
  • Familiar with statistical, mathematical, and other process measurement or evaluation tools.
  • Experience with six sigma and lean manufacturing principles, certification preferred.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and other drafting software.
  • Good with computers, familiar with Microsoft office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • A good communicator, written and verbal.
  • Comfortable mentoring and coaching other personnel.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • A proven ability to manage projects under budget and on time, PMP certification would be preferred.
