We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and develop business opportunities in technical markets. This role requires a strong understanding of complex products, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into customer-focused solutions.
Position Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and solutions.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to leadership.
Prerequisites
- Proven success in technical sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge to understand and communicate product capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Technical or industry-specific certifications relevant to the products or solutions being sold.
