We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and optimize complex systems supporting advanced manufacturing operations. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, system integration, and ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable technical solutions.
Position Responsibilities
System Design & Integration
- Develop and maintain system architectures for manufacturing operations and related technologies.
- Integrate hardware, software, and network components to support operational efficiency.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements for existing systems.
Project Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead system implementation projects, coordinating with production, IT, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
System Maintenance & Optimization
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system operations.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and updates.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in systems engineering, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Relevant certifications in systems engineering, network management, or project management (e.g., INCOSE, PMP).
- Experience with automation or industrial control systems is a plus.
