We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer 5 to lead complex engineering initiatives, drive process innovation, and support advanced manufacturing operations. This role focuses on strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and implementing best-in-class production and automation methods.

Position Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Optimization

Lead analysis and optimization of sophisticated manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Develop and implement advanced engineering solutions, including automation and lean practices.
Identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality & Compliance Management

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, changes, and engineering standards.

Project Leadership & Collaboration

Manage cross-functional projects, coordinating with production, design, and supply chain teams.
Mentor and guide junior engineers on process improvement and best practices.
Support new product introductions and capital projects with engineering expertise.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in high-volume or complex production environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certification.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
