We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer 4 to lead high-impact engineering initiatives, drive process innovation, and support advanced manufacturing operations. This role emphasizes strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and implementation of best-in-class production methods.
Position Responsibilities
Process Engineering & Optimization
- Lead analysis and optimization of complex manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Implement advanced engineering solutions and automation where applicable.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality & Compliance Management
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, changes, and engineering standards.
Project Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage cross-functional projects, including production, design, and supply chain integration.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers on best practices and process improvements.
- Support new product introductions and capital projects with engineering expertise.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in high-volume or complex production environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certification.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
