We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer 4 to lead high-impact engineering initiatives, drive process innovation, and support advanced manufacturing operations. This role emphasizes strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and implementation of best-in-class production methods.

Position Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Optimization

Lead analysis and optimization of complex manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Implement advanced engineering solutions and automation where applicable.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality & Compliance Management

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, changes, and engineering standards.

Project Leadership & Collaboration

Manage cross-functional projects, including production, design, and supply chain integration.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers on best practices and process improvements.
Support new product introductions and capital projects with engineering expertise.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in high-volume or complex production environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certification.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
