We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer 3 to drive complex manufacturing process improvements, implement advanced production technologies, and lead strategic engineering initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing efficiency, quality, and safety while mentoring teams and collaborating across multiple functions.

Position Responsibilities

Advanced Process Optimization

Design, analyze, and improve sophisticated manufacturing processes for high-volume or complex products.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance throughput, efficiency, and quality.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using advanced engineering methodologies.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Conduct detailed root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain thorough documentation of process improvements and engineering standards.

Project Leadership & Collaboration

Lead cross-functional projects, including production, design, and supply chain integration.
Mentor and guide junior engineers on process improvements and best practices.
Provide technical leadership for process changes, new product launches, and capital projects.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in high-volume production environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
