Position Responsibilities
Production Oversight
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met.
- Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for team development.
- Foster a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment.
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to support production goals.
- Prepare and deliver regular production reports, including KPIs and operational insights.
- Address production challenges proactively and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prerequisites
- Proven experience managing production in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications.
- Safety and compliance-related certifications relevant to manufacturing.
