We are seeking an Electrification Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrification projects. This role involves coordinating project teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects meet technical, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with knowledge of electrical systems and infrastructure.
Position Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges to senior leadership.
Technical Oversight
- Review and approve technical documentation and project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Support the resolution of technical issues and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Prerequisites
- Experience managing electrification or electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Electrical engineering background or certification is a plus.
