We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to support and empower the sales team by providing tools, training, and resources that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness. This role focuses on aligning sales processes, content, and technology to optimize performance across the organization.
Position Responsibilities
Sales Training & Development
- Design, implement, and manage training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide onboarding and continuous learning resources for sales team members.
Content & Resource Management
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, presentations, and other enablement materials.
- Ensure sales teams have easy access to up-to-date tools, resources, and collateral.
Process & Performance Optimization
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement sales processes and workflows that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment of messaging and strategies.
- Support adoption of sales technologies, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- Sales enablement or sales operations certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional).
- CRM platform expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
