We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager of Product Management to lead product planning, development, and execution across the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions while aligning product initiatives with business objectives.
Position Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Lead products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
- Prioritize features and initiatives to maximize customer value and business impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related initiatives and communications.
Performance Management & Insights
- Track product performance using KPIs and customer feedback.
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future product decisions.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management or product leadership roles.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
- Agile, Scrum, or project management certifications.
