We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and a high level of satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. This role focuses on understanding client needs, resolving concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Position Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams
- Proactively address client questions, concerns, and service needs
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and resolutions
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding service progress or changes
Issue Resolution & Support
- Identify and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
- Escalate complex matters when necessary while maintaining client confidence
- Track and follow up on open items to ensure closure and satisfaction
Account Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Monitor account activity to identify trends, risks, or opportunities
- Prepare basic reports or summaries related to client interactions
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM software
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Customer Service or Client Relations certification
- CRM platform training or certification
