We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee the organization’s financial operations. This role focuses on driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting executive leadership in achieving organizational goals.
Position Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Provide guidance on investments, capital structure, and long-term financial planning
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics to support decision-making
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational strategy and growth
Financial Oversight & Reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
Risk Management & Governance
- Manage financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate exposure
- Ensure proper internal controls and corporate governance practices
- Support audits and liaise with external financial partners as needed
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record managing complex financial operations and teams
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
- Executive management or financial leadership certifications
