We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by promoting products and services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Position Responsibilities
Sales and Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting benefits and value.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Territory Management
- Manage the assigned sales territory effectively to maximize opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product updates to stay informed and improve performance.
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Sales or industry-specific certifications are a plus.
