We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Manager to oversee multiple teams and drive operational excellence across diverse business functions. This role is responsible for leading people, optimizing processes, and achieving key performance goals aligned with organizational objectives. Position Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of group-level goals, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Oversee operations, performance, and results across multiple departments or locations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Drive accountability and establish a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Team Management and Development
- Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support talent development through coaching, training, and succession planning.
- Foster collaboration and communication between departments to ensure organizational alignment.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Operational Oversight
- Monitor KPIs, operational goals, and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Streamline workflows and resource allocation to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive organizational growth.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and service excellence.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Leadership (preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, management, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-site or cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen and operational management background.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Leadership Development or Executive Management Certification
