We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, logistics, and maintenance. Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including service, maintenance, logistics, and sales functions.
- Ensure branch performance aligns with company goals related to profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage P&L, budgets, and operational expenses to drive business performance.
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team across sales, service, and operations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to empower employees to make sound business decisions.
- Conduct performance evaluations, scheduling, and workforce planning to optimize branch productivity.
Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Promote a customer-first culture by ensuring timely, high-quality service and support.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Safety, Compliance, and Facility Management
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular branch and safety meetings to ensure accountability and adherence to policies.
- Oversee branch facilities and equipment to maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement
- Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all functions.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in branch, operations, or general management, ideally within the equipment rental, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business management systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Leadership or Management Certification
- Safety and Compliance Certification (OSHA, COR, or equivalent)
