We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and lead regional business development efforts. Position Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the regional sales team to ensure consistent performance and development
- Set clear targets, provide guidance, and track progress toward objectives
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure exceptional service and support to foster long-term client loyalty
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in a regional or multi-territory capacity
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL)
- Strategic Account Management Certification
- Sales Management or Leadership Certification
