We are seeking a skilled and analytical Industrial Engineer II to support operational efficiency by applying advanced engineering principles, data analytics, and process optimization techniques. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in throughput modeling and constraint analysis, as well as a strong foundation in mechanical or industrial engineering.
Position Responsibilities
Throughput Modeling and Constraint Analysis
- Develop and maintain throughput models to assess production capabilities and identify constraints
- Perform detailed constraint analyses to optimize manufacturing processes and resource utilization
Data Analytics and Process Improvement
- Leverage data analytics to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
Collaboration and Project Support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate process changes and system enhancements
- Support the execution of projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with operational goals
Prerequisites
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing optimization
- Proven experience with throughput modeling and constraint analysis
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
